Brittany Cartwright surfaced with her three-year-old son Cruz in Los Angeles Thursday – one week after her estranged husband Jax Taylor refiled for divorce.
Taylor, 45, and Cartwright, 35, married in 2019 and welcomed little Cruz together in 2021, before she announced their separation this February.
She submitted a divorce petition last month and he filed a response, but accidentally made errors while filling out the forms.
He filed for divorce once again on October 3, this time with the documents completed correctly thanks to the assistance of an attorney.
Cartwright, who shot to fame with Taylor on the Bravo reality series Vanderpump Rules, appeared in light spirits when she stepped out on Thursday.

She wore a scarlet sweater with black trousers, sweeping her hair up into a bun for her latest outing with her little boy, who still had his backpack and lunchbox.
Her sighting comes shortly after it was revealed she started hooking up with Taylor’s friend shortly after their separation in February, per Page Six.
A source told the outlet that Cartwright started a ‘casual’ physical relationship with basketball player-turned actor, Julian Sensley.
An insider revealed that Cartwright and Sensley, who used to work at TomTom, only hung out in private for a brief time and have since ended their romance.
The source revealed that Sensley was ‘going through a rough time’ with his ‘off and on’ partner, with whom he shares a young child and recently got engaged.
Sensley, who is also a father to an older child from a previous relationship, was also rumored to be romantically linked to Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent in the past.
And when Taylor found out about his estranged wife’s fling with Sensley, he ‘went berserk.’
According to the outlet, that was one of the factors that made him want to seek mental health treatment.

He had previously alluded to Cartwright’s hookup when he shared a since-deleted tweet in June.
At the time, Taylor wrote: ‘You may want to ask Brittany who she’s been sleeping with for the past 4 months…’
In August, Taylor checked himself into an inpatient mental health facility as he said he wanted to work on his ‘serious anger issues’ and ‘get better’ for Cruz.
At the treatment center, he revealed that he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and narcissism.
When he returned home, Cartwright served him divorce papers.
Last week, he hired an attorney — who worked for Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline — to help him refile to end their five-year marriage.
The insider also said that the drama between Cartwright and Taylor’s separation as well as the situation involving the former’s fling will play out in the upcoming, second season of The Valley.
A release date for the new season has not yet been announced.
