Kate ‘makes statement without being overdressed’ as Princess of Wales dons ‘bold gold’

Princess Kate “made a statement without being overdressed” as the Princess of Wales donned “bold gold” on her most recent public outing, a jewellery expert exclusively told GB News.

The mother-of-three stepped out on Thursday in Southport wearing £165 earrings from the brand Zoraida, which were adored by royal fans.

Eddie LeVian, the CEO of celebrity jewellery house Le Vian, whose ancestors guarded the royal jewels of Persia, spoke exclusively to GB News about Kate’s stylish appearance.

“First of all, gold has taken on a different level of value with the stratospheric prices that nobody thought we would achieve so quickly.

“But at the same time, it’s very wearable for every day, and so it’s very suitable for someone who wants to make a statement but not be overdressed.

“To choose gold, they could have something that catches the eye, but it’s appropriate for daytime.”

Another occasion where Kate wore gold recently was at Wimbledon for the Men’s Singles Final.

The 42-year-old opted for the Sabine Hoop Earrings from the brand “By Pariah”, described as “a sculptural interpretation of literal forms steeped in luxury; earthy and raw with a bold and tactile silhouette”.

The earrings subsequently sold out after Kate’s exciting appearance at Centre Court in SW19.

The outing marked Kate’s second official appearance of the year, the first being Trooping the Colour in June.

In March, the princess confirmed she had begun a course of preventative chemotherapy and was taking some time to focus on her health.

In September, Kate confirmed she had completed the course of preventative chemotherapy and was looking forward to returning to duties.

After this, private work meetings began to be recorded in The Court Circular, and Kensington Palace also shared some photographs of Kate meeting a young girl battling cancer at Windsor Castle.

But Thursday marked Kate’s first official work outing with the public in Southport.

She joined Prince William to meet with the bereaved families of stabbing victims.
