Vanderpump Rules star, Katie Maloney is giddy and gushing about her new love. She and her Disrespectfully co-host, Dayna Kathan, teased something big for this week’s episode. Yet, no one knew what they were referring to. Now, the cat is out of the bag and Katie is in a relationship but who is it with? Keep reading for all of the exciting details.
Katie Maloney Gushes About New Love
Vanderpump Rules viewers watched Katie Maloney date, get engaged, marry, and divorce co-star, Tom Schwartz. They were together from the time the series premiered and it ended right before Season 10. Many felt they never should have gotten married, to begin with. They had a very combative relationship and he tended to black out and then kiss other women. Still, Katie married him but things were not sustainable. After they parted ways, Katie was seen with a man named Satchel and then, she and Schwartz competed for Tori Keeth.
They were both trying to see who she would go for but eventually, that faded. Katie also had a few run-ins with Vanderpump alum and Schwartz’s best friend, Max Boyens. He was fired after Season 8 but the two had a little bit of fun. Finally, she was seen out with Love Island USA’s Connor Newsum. Her close friend and co-star, Ariana Madix had hosted the show in Fiji plus he lived in California. Therefore, it only made sense. Now, Katie is confirming she has a boyfriend but who is he and how did it all happen?
According to Page Six, she opened up on her Disrespectfully podcast. The Something About Her sandwich shop owner confirmed that she is in love:
“I’ll share it. So, I have a boyfriend. Yeah, I’m in love, everybody. Katie’s in love! Yeah, I’m really happy.”
She just returned from seeing the mystery man earlier in the week. Katie Maloney did not disclose who he is but fans are guessing it is Sleeping with Sirens guitarist Nick Martin. They have been flirty on social media and followers picked up on that. More so, Katie shared that her boyfriend travels for work which would make sense for a guitarist:
“He has to travel for work, so I went to go meet up with him and hang out with him and spend some time, and it was really amazing, because I hadn’t seen him in a few weeks and just being able to spend some quality time and just be around him was just really necessary and really nice.”
Interesting Timing
The timing in which Katie Maloney revealed that she was in love is very interesting. The podcast came out on Tom Schwartz’s birthday so was that intentional? That is unclear but he has moved on with Sophia Skoro and they’ve been together for around a year. Katie’s co-host, Dayna Kathan, sang the praises of her bestie’s new man. Additionally, Katie shared that everything is “really special” and she loves “love.” Hopefully, viewers will meet him whenever cameras pick back up for Season 12 of Vanderpump Rules.
