‘Vanderpump Rules’ Randall Emmett Sells L.A. Home for $4.35 Million – after slashing price by nearly $2 million

The film producer Randall Emmett, 53, has sold his Los Angeles home for $4.35 million, his real estate agent David T. Kessler told TMZ on Thursday

Emmett, 53, had lived at the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with his 34-year-old reality star ex Lala Kent, with whom he shares three-year-old daughter Ocean Kent Emmett

At the time, he was asking for $6.2 million for the property.

However, after he failed to find a buyer, Emmett cut the asking price to $4.995 million, before ultimately accepting an even smaller offer.

It’s not unusual for Hollywood figures to sell their pricy homes to other industry figures, but that’s not the case this time around, as Emmett reportedly sold the home to a retired businessman.

Emmett bought the property back in 2017, two years after he met his future fiancée Lala.

He finalized his divorce from the actress Ambyr Childers in December 2017, and he and Lala got engaged the following year, and they later welcomed their only child in March 2021.

However, they ended their engagement in October 2021 after three years, and Kent later accused Emmett of repeated infidelity.

His professional life also took a major hit in the summer of 2022, when multiple women accused him of offering them film roles in exchange for sexual favors, according to a Los Angeles Times exposé.

His now-sold offers an impressive 4,276 square feet and comes equipped with a gorgeous outdoor area.

The rectangular property features gorgeous views of scenic Mulholland Drive, while also featuring plenty of tree cover to preserve privacy.

The new buyer will be able to take advantage of the filmmaker’s lengthy pool, which abuts a pickleball court.
