Brittany Cartwright is looking better than ever following her split from Jax Taylor. They separated in January, and Brittany filed for divorce in late August. Fans wondered if a specific moment between her and Jax led to her decision. In a new interview, the former Vanderpump Rules star is teasing fans about tuning into Season 2 of the spinoff, The Valley.
New Additions To The Valley Are Supporting Brittany Cartwright Amid Her Split
While Brittany is focusing on her new reality of being a single parent to Cruz, two former Vanderpump Rules co-stars have supported her. Lala Kent and Scheana Shay, who will both appear in Season 2 of The Valley, have been a good “sounding board” for her.
“Lala has definitely helped me realize a lot of things and a lot of things that I need to do,” she said.
“[She] and Scheana have both been super supportive of me and, you know, they’re my mom friends. We all had our kids at the same time.
She explains that Lala, who just welcomed her second daughter, knows what it’s like to try co-parenting with a person you “can’t stand.”

Brittany, who recently called Jax a “great” father but a “terrible” husband, told fans they can expect to see major drama with her estranged husband.
“There’s been too much. I think everyone will see whenever the season airs why I finally got to the point where I did,” she told the US Sun.
“I think a lot of people are gonna be shocked with everything that I’ve actually gone through that they’re gonna learn about.”
Jax and Brittany’s separation came just ahead of the Season 1 premiere. Their troubled relationship quickly became the show’s major storyline. Fans watched in shock and horror as he implied she had a drinking problem and called her “fat” and “lazy.”
Brittany teased Season 2 as being drama-filled. Claiming, “I think it’s gonna be one of the craziest seasons of reality TV ever.”
Everything We Know So Far About The Valley Season 2
Along with Brittany, Lala, Scheana, and Jax, Jesse Lally, Michelle Lally, Kristen Doute, Luke Broderick, Janet Caperna, Jason Caperna, Nia Booko, Danny Booko, Jasmine Goode and Zack Wickham are all back for season 2. Jasmine previously confirmed that her girlfriend, Melissa Marie, will also make more appearances.
In the middle of filming, it was also confirmed that Jax left to enter a 30-day mental health treatment program. He was served soon after he completed the program with the divorce papers from Brittany.
Recently, the cast filmed the season finale party, where rumor has it Jax was being Jax. Screaming at his cast mates before storming out of the party. In an image circulating online, Jax can be seen raging in a blurry woman’s face. Fans quickly assumed it was Brittany.
“That’s definitely not me, I don’t want him in my face,” Brittany assured fans.
