Catherine & Her Family SPOTTED On The Paradise Island For George’s 11th Birthday Celebration

Princess Katherine and Prince William are preparing to celebrate Prince George’s 11th birthday on Monday, July 22nd. Despite his young age, George carries the significant responsibility of being the future monarch of Great Britain, a role that comes with worldwide renown. Over the years, his birthdays have been celebrated in true royal style, with his parents throwing parties at their residence for their closest family and friends.

In 2019, George celebrated his sixth birthday in opulent style during a family holiday. This special occasion took place on Tresco Island, which is privately owned by King Charles and Queen Camilla. The family’s connection to this idyllic island allowed George, Charlotte, and Louis to enjoy a trip away with their grandparents.

William and Katherine, along with their three children, have enjoyed vacations on the Isles of Scilly off the Cornish coast and in Jordan. They used to frequently holiday on the Caribbean island of Mustique. In 2019, the royal family reportedly stayed in a luxurious villa costing £27,000 per week, where George marked his sixth birthday. The Prince and Princess of Wales released an official image of George on this holiday, showing him enjoying the stunning four-bedroom property, Villa Antilles, owned by William’s friend Andrew Dunn. The villa boasts a 60ft infinity pool, jacuzzi, private staff, and incredible sea views of the neighboring island of Bequia in St. Vincent. It also includes a children’s room with two bunk beds and nautical decor.

Mustique has a strict no-fly zone, providing guests and residents with complete privacy. The couple was also joined by Katherine’s parents, Carol and Michael Middleton, for their family getaway. The island’s connection to the royal family extends back to Queen Elizabeth II’s sister, the late Princess Margaret, who was a regular visitor. Margaret’s lady-in-waiting, Lady Anne Glenconner, and her husband, Lord Glenconner, gifted Margaret a plot of land on Mustique, where she built a five-bedroom villa named Les Jolies Eaux. After her marriage to photographer Anthony Armstrong-Jones ended, Mustique became Margaret’s refuge and sanctuary.

In 1996, Princess Margaret gave her property to her late son David Linley, now the second Earl of Snowdon, as a wedding present. He later sold the villa in 1999 for £2.4 million to American businessman Jim Murray. The villa can now be rented for around £25,500 per week.

Prince William recently provided an update during a visit to St. Mary’s Community Hospital on the Isles of Scilly, built on land he inherited when his father made him Duke of Cornwall following King Charles’s ascension to the throne. This trip to the Isles of Scilly was William’s first since inheriting the Duchy of Cornwall and his first overnight trip since Katherine announced her cancer diagnosis. In a heartfelt video, Katherine asked the public for privacy while she recuperates.

Despite the glorious weather on his trip, William expressed how much he missed his family. “My family are very upset that I’m here without them,” he told a member of the crowd. “My children will kill me if I don’t get back.” It’s clear that family is always on William’s mind, and by all accounts, he had an enjoyable trip.
