Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal a new twist in Rachel‘ revenge porn lawsuit, which erupted following allegations of betrayal and privacy violations.

The saga began when Ariana discovered evidence of Sandoval’s alleged infidelity with Leviss, leading to a tumultuous revelation. “I had no idea about the affair until I found a video on Tom’s phone,” Madix, 39, disclosed in earlier statements.

Rachel, who used to be Raquel, 29, filed her lawsuit in February, accusing Tom, 41, of surreptitiously recording her in compromising situations via FaceTime without consent, and accusing Ariana of distributing the footage to others.

Now, Leviss is considering expanding the lawsuit to include NBC Universal, Bravo, and Evolution Media, alleging their involvement in the circumstances leading up to her legal action.

The lawsuit, which claims eavesdropping, invasion of privacy, and emotional distress, has sparked a contentious legal battle. Ariana has already vehemently denied sharing the videos beyond Rachel Leviss, seeking to dismiss the suit under California’s anti-SLAPP statute, designed to protect free speech.

In response, Rachel‘ legal team has challenged Madix’s defense, arguing that the actions in question cannot be shielded by anti-SLAPP laws due to their alleged illegality. A pivotal hearing on Madix’s motion is slated for July 11.

Sandoval has also contested the lawsuit, characterizing it as a bid by Leviss to capitalize on the scandal for fame. His legal team sought to strike claims of malice and fraud from Leviss‘ complaint, but their efforts were recently denied by the court.

Rachel, who featured prominently on Vanderpump Rules from seasons six to nine, is seeking damages for the emotional toll she claims to have suffered, including a three-month stay in a mental health facility.

Her decision to exit the show after season nine underscores the profound impact of the alleged betrayal on her life.

As the legal drama unfolds, the involvement of network executives adds a new layer of complexity to Leviss‘ quest for justice, promising further twists in this high-profile case.
