Rachel “Raquel” Leviss has a new man in her life.

The Vanderpump Rules alum, 29, is now dating businessman Matthew Dunn more than a year after her headline-making affair with former costar Tom Sandoval became public.

“It’s a little too soon to jump to any labels,” Rachel Leviss’ publicist tells PEOPLE. “They met a little over a month ago and are friends just getting to know each other. They met and are hanging out.”

Leviss also shared a clip on social media of herself riding in an ATV alongside Dunn, who owns Dune Investment Group in Spokane, Washington, according to his LinkedIn.

“More of this, please,  🫶🏼🌵✨” she captioned the clip.

The new relationship comes after the television personality opened up about her decision to take a break from dating amid the fallout of Scandoval.

“I’m not dating for a year, and in doing that, I’m just focusing on myself and after this talk, focusing on my emotions that come up for me, like what are my own needs that I need met, and not adding an additional person into the equation, so that it is just focused on me and other people as well my friends and family and the people that are in my inner circle that are safe friends,” she shared on an episode of her Rachel Goes Rogue podcast in January

The following month, she told PEOPLE about the importance of self-care after finding herself at the center of a reality TV scandal for the ages.

“It was a very difficult time for me,” Leviss says, reflecting on the height of drama surrounding the Scandoval. “I felt like I wasn’t going to get through it at some moments, and so I’m just so happy that I’m able to see the light at the end of the tunnel and finally reintegrate into the real world.”

The former beauty pageant queen adds, “I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I’ve been working really hard on making sure I’m putting my mental health first and really putting myself first.”

Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
