Vanderpump Rules star claims Lisa is ‘completely rebranding’ TomTom and will ‘buy out’ Sandoval and Schwartz from bar

VANDERPUMP Rules star Peter Madrigal has given his thoughts on the fate of TomTom, one of Lisa Vanderpump’s Los Angeles restaurants.

Peter, who was a cast member of Vanderpump Rules from Season 1 through Season 10, believes Lisa, 63, may have bought out her business partners.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum opened the West Hollywood hotspot in a joint venture with VPR stars Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, both 41.

TomTom was opened with the Tom’s owning 5% of the bar, while Lisa and her business partners own the rest.

One of Lisa’s other Los Angeles restaurants, Pump, was closed last summer due to the rising cost of rent.

With TomTom staying open, Peter, who has been a manager at Lisa’s restaurant SUR for over a decade, believes the businesswoman may be in the middle of a rebrand.

KEEPING PUMP ALIVE?

He recently noticed that Lisa may have taken down one of the TomTom signs in the restaurant and replaced it with one for Pump.

“I looked at it the other night and I don’t think the TomTom sign is on anymore. It’s something I noticed the other night,” Peter said on The Sarah Fraser Show.

“She’s rebranding it as Pump,” he added.

“When you walk into that building, formerly known as TomTom, there’s a gate and it says Pump above it.”

When asked if he thought Lisa was “getting rid of TomTom” to “rebrand it as Pump,” Peter responded, “Yeah, I think so.”

“Is she buying them out of their partnership?” Sarah questioned Peter.

“I thought she already did,” he replied.

Peter also dished on Schwartz & Sandy’s, the restaurant both Tom’s opened in 2022.

The former VPR star said he “heard through the grapevine” that the lounge is now a “ghost town.”

When it comes to the fate of VPR, Peter confirmed none of the current cast members are linked to SUR anymore and said the reality show would be more authentic with new cast members.

“There would be more authenticity if everyone still worked here or get a new cast,” he said.

NEW SEASON, NEW FACES?

After Season 11 wrapped up earlier this year, it was revealed that VPR would take a break from filming this summer to give the current cast time to reset.

While production typically begins filming in June, it is currently unclear when the Bravo series will return.

Earlier this summer, VPR showrunner Alex Baskin hinted that fans could see some new faces in Season 12.

“I think all things are possible. There’s still a strong core there. So I could totally see some version of the bulk of the cast returning and then some notable additions,” he revealed.

Lisa also hinted at a possible change of cast during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast.

Host Alex Cooper asked Lisa if Vanderpump Rules would completely start over with new employees at SUR.

The reality star implied that the idea had already been discussed and was a potential storyline moving forward.

PETER’S GOODBYE

While guesting on the Bravo and Blaze podcast in March, the SUR manager revealed that the network refused to pay him to film the new episodes.

“I got a phone call that basically said, ‘We want you back, but we’re not gonna be able to pay you.’ That’s it,” he said.

“I was like, ‘Well, I’m not coming back,'” Peter continued.

Peter appeared to be shocked at Bravo’s choice, saying he had been one of the “biggest staples” on the show since its inception.

Season 11 premiered on January 30, which followed the fallout of “Scandoval” at the end of Season 10.
