Vanderpump Rules’ Lala Kent Reveals If She Hooked Up With Jax Taylor, Plus She Denies Being Friends With Tom Sandoval, and Shares What Was Cut Out of Fight Scene With James and Rachel

Lala Kent explained her relationship with Tom Sandoval on a recent episode of her podcast.

While also sharing if she and Jax Taylor, 45, ever hooked up and revealing what was cut from her infamous fight scene with James Kennedy, 32, and Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, the Vanderpump Rules star, 33, denied being friends with Sandoval, 42, saying that she was only civil with him for a short time.

“Sandoval and I have never been thick. Ever,” Lala stated on the August 14 episode of Give Them Lala.

According to Lala, she and Sandoval had one season, season four, where they were on decent terms due to her newbie status on Pump Rules.

“He’s always really good to the newbie, the underdog of the show, that was me,” she shared. “Once I was no longer there, I felt he didn’t have a purpose for me any longer.”

“I was not friends with him before Scandoval happened and I wasn’t friends with him this season. I went and gave him the time of day, letting him know, for me personally, I know you did not cheat on me. Was I triggered as f*ck in the moment? Yes, but time has passed. I want to let you know, there’s a multitude of things I feel you have done to me to make it very easy for me to come for you when you f*cked up. But now, time has passed,” she continued.

Although Lala has been accused of being a puppet for production, asking the questions that they wanted to know, she denied any such thing, making it clear that she intended to keep her conscience clear.

“I don’t go to bed with the audience at night. So if I go out there and I play to the audience, I have to go to bed with myself at night and that becomes really intense,” she noted. “I have to live in my truth whether you like it or not and you can sit here and say, ‘You were a puppet for production.’ Blow me. I’ve never played for production, never been a puppet to anybody, which is why you guys have such an intense view of me. It is love or hate.”

Moving on to Jax, Lala confirmed, “We’ve never hooked up,” although it was a possibility on one particular evening.

“I remember being wasted at my apartment on Olympic one night and texting him very late to come over and the only reason I remember this is because I didn’t delete the text. I saw it the next morning and was like, ‘I’m so f*cking glad he did not come over here,’” she recalled. “I don’t think he responded. I don’t think I got a response. It all worked out. We have never hooked up. We have not even pecked each other.”

Lala went on to say that during her heated feud with James and Raquel, a key moment was cut from the footage that occurred after James mentioned their hookup after she started mocking his accent.

“They cut out him saying, ‘You always loved my accent, didn’t you babe’ with the tongue thing,” she shared. “So it looks like I have become so unhinged that I just randomly said that.”

After James “provoked” Lala, she mentioned their past hookup, saying that was the greatest success he’ll ever have.

“I was already on 100. I had screamed at Raquel. On the way into the other room, Billie Lee is screaming at me. And I remember looking at her and going, ‘Move!’ And then almost head-butting her. ‘Get the f*ck out my face.’ I was losing it,” Lala admitted.

Lala also confessed that she was drinking at the time.

“I had said that I wasn’t drinking at that time but I did go next door … and I did have champagne before I started filming so I wasn’t completely a sober person,” she revealed.

“That was the one thing I remember them cutting out and I was devastated by it cuz I’m like, ‘I am already hanging on by a thread. Could you have maybe f*cked with me on a season that my dad didn’t die?’” she added.
