The Vanderpump Rules alum appeared to be trying to keep a low profile when she answered her gate at her rental property in Sherman Oaks. She was in a blue bikini top and white towel. Her hair was up in a messy bun and she wasn’t wearing any makeup, suggesting she was enjoying a day by the pool.
There was a brief exchange between Brittany and the delivery person. She was handed a plastic bag that seemed to have a least one bottle of liquor inside.
Her wedding ring was noticeably missing from Brittany Cartwright’s left hand as she grabbed the bottle of alcohol.
A few hours before she was spotted outside her home, she submitted the necessary paperwork to end her marriage. Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor initially tied the knot in her home state of Kentucky back in 2019.
In the court documents she submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court, she said that “irreconcilable differences” were the reason for the split. The documents also listed the date of the couple’s separation as January 24, 2024. They announced their breakup to the public in February.

Cartwright appeared to be laying low, as she wore her hair up in a bun and sported no makeup.
Noticeably missing from her left ring finger was her wedding band.
Earlier in the day, Cartwright submitted a petition to Los Angeles Superior Court to end her five-year marriage to Taylor, whom she wed in her home state of Kentucky in June 2019.
She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and listed the date of separation as Jan. 24, 2024.
The brunette beauty — who shares 3-year-old son Cruz with Taylor — requested full legal and physical custody of the toddler; however, she OK’d visitation rights for the former model, 45.
When it comes to the pair’s finances, Cartwright is seeking to keep all the assets she acquired by gift, inheritance, before marriage or after the date of separation.
Aside from both appearing on “The Valley” — Season 2 of which is currently in production — the “Vanderpump Rules” alums also opened a sports bar together in October called Jax’s Studio City and co-host a podcast titled “When Reality Hits.”
The Details Of Brittany & Jax’s Agreement
When it comes to the agreement, Brittany is requesting full legal and physical custody of their three-year-old son Cruz. However, she said she’d allow Jax to have visitation rights.

Jax and Brittany have worked together throughout their separation. Season 2 of The Valley is currently in production. They’ve also worked together on Vanderpump Rules in the past and currently co-host their podcast “When Reality Hits.” Last October, the pair also opened a sports bar called Jax’s Studio City.
After filing for their divorce on Tuesday, Brittany took to Instagram with an attractive selfie. She was flaunting her assets in a hot pink low-cut shirt, looking at the camera. “Getting my sparkle back,” she wrote in the caption.
Jax Taylor has not yet addressed the divorce proceedings, but he is likely still receiving treatment. The Valley star reportedly checked himself into a mental health facility in July to improve his mental state for their son. He said that he has been having “serious, serious anger issues” that he needs to deal with.
During Season 1 of The Valley, Brittany Cartwright opened up about how Jax often dealt with hangovers and would become “mean as a f*cking snake.”
Season 2 of The Valley is slated to premiere sometime in the spring of 2025.
