Daniel Wai has spoken out in defense of Ariana Madix.
The New York City-based fitness trainer took to Instagram this week to address the plastic surgery rumors swirling around his Vanderpump Rules girlfriend. The whispers began earlier this summer when Ariana made her hosting debut for Love Island USA Season 6. Fans were immediately gobsmacked by the new host’s jaw-dropping fashion moments, stunning glam, and incredible physique; however, some were convinced that Ariana achieved the latter by going under the knife.

Daniel, being the good boyfriend that he is, shut down the speculation in a Friday (August 3) Instagram Story, insisting Ariana’s toned body was the result of dedication and hard work.
“For Love Island, [Ariana] worked her a$$ off she was in the gym 2 to 3 hours a day and diet on point,” he wrote. “Sorry haters, no surgery or procedure. As for giving out the workouts, I’d love to but this is my business and I work doing this.”

The message came just days after the couple reunited in New York City, where Ariana is reprising her role as Chicago’s Roxie Hart.
Weeks before her big Broadway return, Ariana decided to set the record straight on which cosmetic work she has and hasn’t done.
The former SUR bartender responded to a post by Instagram user Molly Bailey, who speculated Ariana had received lip fillers, Botox, and liposuction.
“I’ll tell you what I’ve had!” Ariana wrote in the comments section. “You’re partially correct. tox in 11’s (verticle lines between the brows), outer brow, and my neck… Minimal lip filler bc my face is too small to handle very much and filler in my chin. Absolutely no filler anywhere else and def no [blepharoplasty] yet. Hope this helps! I’ll keep yall posted if i do anything else.”

Ariana also touched on the MyEllevate neck procedure she had in 2019. Plastic surgeon Dr. Gregory P Mueller spoke about the treatment in a previous interview with The Daily Dish, saying it was a “great” option for those who “want to be preventative, and/or not ready to completely go under the knife.
“It’s the perfect way to restore a youthful appearance and shape [and] to improve a less-desired, genetically inherited neck,” he explained. “[It] utilizes liposuction and support through an invisible structure to define and contour the neck/jawline… [It] preserves the neck area from aging for quite some time.”
Dr. Mueller said the “minimally invasive” procedure costs anywhere between $8,000 to $13,000 and requires three to six days of recovery.
